Asbestos Training is mandatory for professionals likely to come into contact with asbestos in their daily work. We are holding an Asbestos Awareness and Works with Non-Licensed Asbestos Training course in Bury, Manchester.

Armco are holding an Asbestos Training course at our dedicated training facility in Bury, Manchester on the 26th of August 2016.

The asbestos training day will consist of a morning of Asbestos Awareness Training, Type A training followed by an afternoon of Work with Non Licensed Asbestos Training, Type B training. The training will be classroom based and led by our competent trainers who have over 15 years experience providing asbestos training to meet your individual needs.

Asbestos training is a legal requirement for those likely to be exposed to asbestos, such as trades people, and individuals whose responsibilities include the management of asbestos in their buildings. Around 20 trade’s people die each week from asbestos related disease which can develop if there is prolonged exposure to asbestos fibres. Anyone that is involved in building refurbishment where their work may disturb the fabric of the building will be required by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to complete Asbestos Training so as to lower the risk. Armco satisfies the regulation of this training.

Asbestos Awareness Training intends to give workers and supervisors the information they need to avoid work which could potentially disturb asbestos. Asbestos Awareness Training gives information on;
