Cheap Asbestos Awareness training in the Greater Manchester/Lancashire area

Armco are holding two Asbestos Awareness training session this month - 2nd October 2012 and 9th October 2012 at 9.00 a.m. in Bury, Great Manchester.

Further to our monthly Asbestos Awareness training sessions, the next one being scheduled for 2nd October 2012. We are holding another session this month on Tuesday, 9th October 2012 at 9.00 a.m. Both sessions are to be held at Bury Business Centre, Kay Street, Bury, BL9 6BU. The cost of each session is £55 per person, which is a very competitive price for first class training.

Bury is in Greater Manchester and a short drive from areas in Greater Manchester and Lancashire but also less than an hour from Leeds, Cheshire, Sheffield and the west costal areas. Armco’s training sessions are held by fully qualified and time-served surveyors/removers whom deliver the session as an oral presentation with power point slides and written material. The candidates are presented with a certificate and we also provide the necessary refresher training sessions.

This ½ day Asbestos Awareness Training covers: the history of asbestos; the properties of asbestos and its effects on health; the types, uses and likely occurrence of asbestos in buildings and plant; and the general procedures to be followed to deal with an emergency. Armco’s training sessions are held by fully qualified and time-served surveyors whom deliver the class as an oral presentation with power point slides and written material. The candidates are presented with a certificate and Armco also provides the necessary yearly refresher training session.
