Congratulations to Armco Asbestos team member on P405 qualification

Congratulations to Armco Asbestos team member on P405 qualification

We are very proud here at Armco Asbestos of one of our staff members, Amber Barrett, who recently studied and passed her P405 Qualification for Management of Asbestos in Buildings.

Amber undertook the 4 day intensive asbestos training course back in August 2016 with AEC training in Trafford Park, Manchester.

The P405 course was accredited by BOHS .

It was an anxious wait for Amber to find out is she had passed the course or not, although we never had any doubt, and after waiting for around 4 weeks she finally received her pass certificate in the post!

Feedback on the course

Amber said, “I found the P405 course very useful as I learned a lot of things that I could use when doing my work.  I liked the style it was taught to you and the information booklets that were given out as they were very informative and helped with learning.”

“I’m really looking forward to being able to use this knowledge in my everyday work at Armco Asbestos, when doing the asbestos reports inparticular, as I will be able to see where surveyors have gone wrong.”

Amber went on to say, “I’m really glad I did my P405 course, and I would recommend others to take this course as it gives you a lot of information about asbestos that I didn’t know about before, and it’s made me want to widen my knowledge about asbestos and learn more about it.”

Congratulations again Amber and well done!  You’ve worked hard to achieve this qualification.
